What we do

Video Recording
We employ the highest standards when video recording your remote depositions. Currently, the CLVS certification offers no clear guidance as to best practices for remote video recording, so we created them ourselves, and we hold each of our videographers to them.
Exhibit Management
Whether it’s for a deposition or an arbitration, we provide remote exhibit management services so that the reporter can focus on the transcript. We can display exhibits during proceedings, upload them to repositories, as well as mark exhibits as they are introduced. If needed, we can project video clips with audio for the deposition. We can also capture real-time highlights/annotations to the exhibits for future playback.
FlexiCapture
Our sophisticated system allows us to record witness-only, while simultaneously recording a Picture-in-Picture version of the proceedings (witness & exhibits), so that when the depo is over, the client has both recordings available as options. Size and position of witness and exhibits are fully customizable in real-time.
Videoconference Admin
We can handle setting up meetings in Zoom, technical troubleshooting, overseeing breakout rooms, and time management for deposition breaks. Our professional technicians have overseen thousands of remote depositions. Best of all, these add-on services are free for every remote deposition.
Sync Video To Transcript
When the deposition is over, we can sync the video to the transcript, if the client requests us to do so. We can also edit the video for trial, based on designations provide to us in the transcript.
Test Runs
